Charges will be based on Country Zone. Your shipping amount will be quoted in checkout based on zones and rates below

Zone 2 - Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan

Zone 3 - Canada, USA

Zone 4 - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, United Kingdom

Customs and Duty Charges

Any customs or import duties and fees that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Wooltex has no control over these charges and are unable to determine the cost. Customs policies vary each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Time

We endeavour to ship all purchases within 2-4 business days. Delivery's in Australia will be by Direct Freight Express or Australia Post. During peak sale periods this time may be longer.

All other states 4-7 Days

International orders will be sent by  Australia Post, delivery times will vary, please allow 2-4 weeks.
